By trailer load
Common single items
Item prices apply when grouped together or added to a route. A $175 minimum applies to simple curbside pickups; inside pickups may require two crew members.
Four homes. One efficient stop.
Book two or three households on the same neighborhood route and each saves $25. With four or more booked homes, each saves $40.
Separate invoices. Same neighborhood and service day. Heavy-material and special disposal charges are excluded.Priced differently
Heavy material is limited by weight—not space.
These materials can exceed the truck or trailer’s safe weight limit long before the trailer looks full. We quote them separately using material type, estimated weight, loading time, and the disposal facility’s rate.
Send photos for a weight-based quote →A full-looking trailer of furniture is very different from even a shallow load of concrete or wet debris. H&S uses a marked heavy-material fill line and will never exceed the truck, hitch, axle, tire, or trailer rating.
Always quoted first: stairs, long carries, demolition, oversized safes, pianos, hot tubs, and loads outside the standard service area.
Final price: confirmed before loading begins and based on actual volume, access, labor, and disposal requirements.
